Water Chill
A fairly empty song in need of a nice vocal part.
Miniature for Guitar and String Orchestra
Years ago while I was playing through several easy baroque pieces on the guitar, I composed a short piece in a similar style. Short and simple it illustrates the extent of my classical guitar skills (right hand sucks, violin is my first instrument). This composition is an arrangement for a guitar and a small string orchestra done recently. No violas in the orchestra as I decided that two sets of violins, cellos and basses were enough of an exercise for me. Maybe I’ll return to it and expand it in a few years, who knows?
The Night
Originally composed on a piano years ago, the version below is an arrangement for a string orchestra, french horns and flute. Performed on Vienna Symphonic Library Special Edition using Apple Logic Express 8 digital audio workstation (DAW).
Alpine Meadow
This composition was an accident while I was exploring the Edirol Orchestral symphonic library and the Ableton Live Lite DAW bundled with the M-Audio Keystation 49e keyboard. The flute theme suggested the horn response immedaitely and together they give me the alpine-kitch picture. The current version is done using Vienna Symphonic Library Special Edition.
Original is available here.
Flight No 9
A simple song in a techno/house style, with a bit of trance added? I use material from The Freesound Project web site (users FreqMan and Freed).
